If the sizing or style is not quite right, Bronze Snake will happily provide an exchange or credit note providing all our conditions are met. Online purchases can be returned instore or online, for exchanges and credit notes only.
RETURNS VIA POST //
For returns via post please ensure you include the completed EXCHANGES / CREDIT NOTES form behind your receipt, with your unworn garment, original tags, original packaging and original receipts to:

Once we receive your parcel, it takes 1 business day for the team to process your return.
Customers will have to cover any shipping costs to post an item back to The Bronze Snake Shop.
Paypal customers please note you have access to 8 refunds on return shipping a year. More info can be found here.
The Bronze Snake Shop will send your first exchange to you free of charge, providing you live in Australia or New Zealand.
International customers will be charged a flat rate of $15 AUD to send an exchanged product/s.
Any exchanges after your first will be charged at a $10 flat rate.

CREDIT NOTES //
Credit notes will be emailed within 1 business day of recieving your return (please check your junkbox).
Credit notes do not expire and can be redeemed by entering the credit note number in the 'Gift Vouchers/Credit Notes' section or by contacting our customer care assistants via email (email@example.com), phone (03 9417 7562) or our chat service.
If our warehouse has your replacement item available, a new receipt will be generated and your replacement item will be sent out right away via Express Post. You will receive updates via email.
Should your replacement item be out of stock, a BRONZE SNAKE credit note will be generated and emailed to you immediately. If your replacement item is expected back in stock soon, our team will email you confirming this and your spot on a waiting list.
IN-STORE RETURNS //
If you can make it into one of our stores, please remember to bring your unworn garment, original tags, original packaging and original receipts also. One of our friendly sales assistants will do the rest. Our store locations are:

THINGS TO REMEMBER //
When returning or exchanging an item it must be in the original unworn condition with all tags and packaging. It must not smell of perfume/deodorant or washing powder so please take due care when trying on your order.
We cannot process any returns or exchanges without the original receipt.
All returns or exchanges must be sent or returned instore within 30 days of your purchase.
As stated in the terms and conditions of your purchase, Bronze Snake does not process refunds for change of mind or if the item does not fit you. In the unlikely event that the purchased product has been delivered damaged Bronze Snake will assess and process a refund.
Unfortunately underwear cannot be returned for health and hygiene purposes.
If you feel your item is faulty, we will forward the item onto the manufacturer for assessment before replacing the item. This may take up to 7 days.
All Sale Item purchases are final. Unfortunately there are no returns/echanges for change of mind or the wrong size.
