Through our online Returns Portal, you can buy a return label for $14.99 for a refund, or $9.99 for store credit or an exchange, in your local currency.

You only pay for the label once per return, however many items are in it. The portal may show the label fee next to each item, but you're only charged once, and the label cost isn't deducted from your refund or store credit.
If you prefer to use your own postage method, choose "Mail" as the shipping method in the Returns Portal. You can also use "Mail" to add another item from the same order to a return you've already lodged and send them back together.
Wrong item received: lodge it in the Returns Portal as "Incorrect Item" and upload photos. Once approved, you'll receive a free return label.
Faulty or damaged items: please don't lodge these in the Returns Portal yourself. Contact our customer care team with your order number and photos of the fault, and we'll look after it for you.
