To track your parcel, just navigate to your shipping confirmation email and click the highlighted and underlined number (depending on the shipping carrier the length of the number may vary), this should link you straight to your shipping updates for the parcel.
Alternatively, on our Help Centre home page, click Track Order, and after signing in you can track all relevant orders.
