You'll be prompted for your order number (eg. A1230001) and the email address linked to your original purchase.
You can find your order number in your order confirmation email or on the packing slip enclosed in your package.
From there, the Portal will walk you through the return process step by step.
Return labels: you can buy a return shipping label through the Returns Portal for $14.99 for a refund, or $9.99 for store credit or an exchange, in your local currency. The label is charged once per return, however many items you send back, and it's emailed to you.
Adding an item to a return you've already lodged: lodge the extra item in the Returns Portal and choose "Mail" as the shipping method, so you aren't charged for a second label. Then send everything back together using the label you already have.
