Refund policy
For Full Price Items: full refund, exchanges of size/colour/style or full value store credits.
Final Sale: Unfortunately, there are no returns/exchanges on these items for change of mind.
Items Purchased During Sitewide Sale are ineligible for a refund (where a strike through price has been displayed) for change of mind. These items can be exchanged or returned for a store credit.
Faulty: If your item was faulty and purchased during sale please process your return using our online returns portal for assessment.
Timeframe: All returns must be received within 30 days for exchange/credit/refund.
Return parcels; lost on transit to BRONZE SNAKE are the responsibility of the customer, please keep note of your parcels tracking number.
Return postage; all customers are required to cover any postage to send the return back for a refund, exchange or credit, though we will send out your new item/credit free of charge. (A label can be purchased from our online portal from $9.99 AUD).
International Customers are required to cover any postage to send the return back. (You can use your own postage method or a label can be purchased from our online portal from $15.99)
Return conditions; when returning or exchanging an item it must be in the original unworn condition with all tags and packaging.
Orders may be exchanged once only, any further returns will be issued by store credit.
It must not smell of perfume/deodorant or washing powder so please take due care when trying on your order.
Earings, Swimwear and Bodysuits: For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept any returns on earrings and bodysuits, unless the item is faulty.
Gift cards can not be returned and are not redeemable for cash.
