Express overnight shipping is free on all orders over $29AUD within Australia and New Zealand. Orders placed before 4:00pm EST will be delivered next business day. Please CLICK HERE for more information.

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds. However we will happily organise an exchange or credit note, should your purchase not be quite right.

It's simple, just complete the Exchange // Credit notes form that was sent with your order. Be sure to read our terms and conditions. The item can be sent back or returned instore.

Returns take 1-2 business days to reach our warehouse depending on how it was sent. Once received, your return will be processed within 1 business days. Be sure to check your email for updates.

Once your order has been packed and picked up, Australia Post will email you a unique tracking number. You will also be emailed regular updates along the way.

We offer a number of payment methods. Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express; Paypal, Gift Cards, Afterpay and Zip.

Once we receive your exchange, we will send your replacement item back to you free of charge. Additional exchanges will occur a flat fee of $10.
