In the event that a Product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we have the right to refuse shipment of or cancel any Offer to Purchase for the Product. Where we become aware of any error or inaccuracy after acceptance of your Offer to Purchase, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of re-placing your order at the correct price or cancelling your order for a refund. As per our banks request you may be asked to provide some additional information for us to process your order. This order can include ID in the name of the sale, or a copy of the card used to make the purchase. If these items cannot be produced the money will be refunded and order not processed.

Loyalty Program (2020)

An individual is deemed to be a Member of the BRONZE SNAKE loyalty program when they sign up on the Website or Instore.

Membership of the BRONZE SNAKE Loyalty Program is available to individuals with a valid email address.

BRONZE SNAKE reserves the right to refuse or terminate membership without prior notice or reason, and in its absolute discretion.

BRONZE SNAKE reserves the right to withdraw, cancel or vary the Rewards without notice and at any time.
 

BRONZE SNAKE loyalty points is not transferable and only available once per person.

All loyalty points have an expiry date, at which point they will no longer be available for redemption. BRONZE SNAKE expiry date is 12 months from acquiring. Expiry dates can vary without notice.

If a customer returns/exchanges a purchase that has previously earned loyalty points, BRONZE SNAKE automatically forfeits points earned on the original purchase.

If a customer has redeemed a reward on a purchase that has been returned then the redeemed rewards value will be forfeited.

As per conditions upon sign up all points earned before 1st June 2019 will fall under old loyalty scheme and can not be redeemed online and instore.

Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country.
